The place was clean with a very very helpful staff on shift. We ate in the outdoor restaurant with the bar accomodating every drink and food need from the restaurant downstairs which was well priced.

This venue has a clean atmosphere and a fantastic team of staff, offering reasonable prices.

Breakfast is good. The location of the hotel is good.

Staff was friendly but their English was sooooooooooooooooo bad it's almost impossible to communicate with them. They don't have computers with internet. There is no lift - and the stairs are really steep and dangerous. The pictures on the website looks much better than it is in real life. The bathroom was a bit discusting - there was a lot of mould between the tiles (cleaners couldn't get rid of it). Fellow travelers stayed in 2 other rooms and both of their rooms had issues with clogged drains... The hotel's restaurant is way too expensive!

The superior room I stayed in was amazing with a balcony. A safe, a mini-bar, and an electronic key card worked well. - I really enjoyed the super location adjacent to cafes in that walk as well as the beachfront.

This place boasts comfortable rooms, brilliant staff, and an amazing location close to the main areas.

The staff were very accommodating and plesant at all times. The cleaning of the rooms was good and the staff were good at cleaning the rooms when you were not in the room. The hotel was value for money and in a perfect location.

Location was great for the hustle and bustle of Patong right outside or relaxing by the beach directly across the road. Staff were also terrific. Happy, friendly and always happy to assist with any requirement.

We decided to go for a budget hotel and that is what we got but it was near everything. Clean and the staff were all friendly. We did notice that the aircons needed cleaning and maintemance.

We had a fantastic stay at Royal Palm Beach Front. the bed and covers were incredibly comfortable, and the little fridge in the room kept all our belongings nice and cold. the lighting was great, and we especially enjoyed the clean and trendy rooftop pool. It was a nice touch that they provided separate towels for the beach and pool. the hotel's location right across from the beach was ideal, and we loved that we could enjoy delicious food and drinks at the on-site restaurant with a view of the beach. the buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options, catering to different tastes. our check-in experience was great, with the room being lovely and cool upon arrival. Cons: Nothing, it was perfect! 😊.

The breakfast offered each morning was excellent. There was a varied selection of fruit and pastries as well as hot options. The chef made the egg dishes fresh while you waited.

Unfortunately there is no lift in the building so it was a trek upstairs every time we wwere going to the room. The staff were very good however and always offered to carry up any large bags or cases that we had.

Good being opposite the beach and near all the action in Patong.

Our room was never celaned thoroughly during our stay. Floor not even swept.Were told we would be in a Seaview suite with a balcony only to find that the balcony wasn't even big enough to put a chair on.

This place has a fantastic location near Phuket, Thailand, with modern and clean rooms including bathrooms.
